For Some Reason Whenever There Is A CoT

I love the weather and I love it in my games. It makes them feel more real. Yet, for some reason, whenever a CoT "bad" weather system comes up, I hear thunder and see lightning , but no rain appears. However, during CoT storms, I just get lightning/thunder without rain.

I have since dropped Mintys Lightning, Footprints, Birds and Flocks, EBT , Burn Shock Freeze, a bunch of the scripted trap mods and use Immersive Horses instead of Convienent Horses. He basically has a panic attack, sits there and pants, sometimes til the point he throws up. I've used drugs on a dog I used to have, who was unable to handle thunderstorms. With a three year old dog, of unknown origin, if you live in an area that often has severe thunderstorms, I'd talk to your vet about drugs....
